About Evolvessence

Rediscover who you are, not apart from motherhood—but because of it.

Evolvessence was created for the mom who’s been asking,
"Where did I go in all of this?"

The truth?

You’re not lost—you’re evolving.

(And believe me… I’ve been there, too.)

Hi, I’m Daina!

I’m a certified Life & Mindset Coach, boy mom, believer, and woman who’s walked through the messy middle of “Who am I now?”

My journey? It was anything but quiet.

In one year, I became a mom, a wife, and a college graduate.

And while I should’ve felt proud, I felt… disconnected.

From my body. From my dreams. From the woman I thought I was supposed to be.

But what I found in that season wasn’t the end of me—it was the start of something sacred.

Let’s rediscover her—the version of you who’s been waiting to rise.

What I Believe:

Motherhood should grow you, not erase you.

Faith isn’t just part of your healing—it is the foundation.

And rediscovery isn’t selfish—it’s sacred.

Through faith-filled coaching and identity work, I now help other millennial moms:

  • Reconnect with their essence and self-worth.
  • Rewrite the narratives of burnout and “mom guilt”.
  • Reignite their purpose, power, and God-led dreams.

Why It Matters:

Because too many moms are showing up for everyone else—but not themselves.

Because your identity is not lost—it’s layered.
And because you were never meant to disappear in motherhood—you were meant to evolve through it.

  • 49% of moms report feeling burned out by motherhood.

  • 46% of mothers have sought therapy in the past year, with mental health concerns surpassing finances as their top worry.

  • 58% of moms say they are primarily responsible for household and childcare duties, up from previous years.
